UAIF v1.0 overview

The Unified AI Incident Framework (UAIF™) provides a structured taxonomy, scoring method and machine-readable record for classifying AI incidents. It supports consistent triage, evidence preservation, trend analysis and routing into response processes. UAIF complements GAISSF governance and AI-IRF response; it does not determine legal reporting duties.

Publication status

The Technical and Schema Specifications describe UAIF v1.0 as a pilot-ready publication candidate. Sector calibration, legal review, inter-rater validation and integration testing remain required before production reliance.
