Legal Services and Justice AI incidents carry profound due-process, fair-trial, access-to-justice, and professional-responsibility implications. Dominant vectors are attorney-client privilege breaches, legal hallucinations (phantom citations, fabricated case law), evidentiary corruption, judicial-independence concerns, discriminatory legal outcomes, and access-to-justice failures. Harm concentrates in security/integrity-of-rights, privacy, and psychological dimensions rather than physical or environmental ones.
