Objective: Ensure a physically accessible override exists, independent of the AI compute/software stack. Requirement: Hardwired where kinetic risk is significant; logged, non-repudiable activation; authenticated reset process.
Objective: Ensure operators can actually use the override effectively under time pressure, not merely that it exists. Requirement: Periodic training and drills with measured response time.
Objective: Prevent silent resumption of operation after override without authenticated reset. Requirement: Reset requires explicit authenticated action and a diagnostic pass before resuming operation.
