Status and identifiers
What the status, version and ID on each document record mean.
Status
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Final Publication | The document is final. Later corrections are shown as “Revised” with a date, and the revision history says what changed. |
| Draft for Publication | The document is public and complete, and open for external review. See the Review process. |
| Closed — integrated into UAIF™ v1.0 | Used only for the UAIF™ normative errata (ERR-UAIF-001), whose corrections are now part of UAIF™ v1.0. |
Superseded, Withdrawn and Controlled are reserved for future use. Where a document’s own wording differs from these terms, its record page also shows the wording “as stated in the document”. Publication status describes the documents. It is not regulatory approval, certification or independent validation.
Final Publication is approved by the Founder and Director of ODA3 Institute, unless that authority has been delegated in writing.
Versions
Each framework is at v1.0. Each document shows its own version number, for example “Final Publication v1.2”, set under the Versioning Policy (MTH-GOV-036). Some documents name their edition, for example “Public Version 1.1”. Internal revision labels are not shown.
Governance
| Framework owner | GAISSF™, UAIF™, AI-IRF™ and PAI-SF™ are owned by the Founder and Director of ODA3 Institute. |
|---|---|
| Final Publication approval | The Founder and Director of ODA3 Institute, unless that authority has been delegated in writing. |
| Review cycle | Each framework is reviewed every year. A review starts every six months, and each review ends with publication no later than one year after it starts. Where a document states its own review cycle, that cycle applies to the document. |
| Corrections | Report a possible error from any document record (“Report a correction”) or to contact@oda3.org. The framework owner assesses each report. Editorial fixes are issued as a corrected file and recorded with a dated “File correction” or “Correction” entry; changes to normative content follow the Versioning Policy (MTH-GOV-036). See corrections and file corrections in the release notes. |
Editions and earlier editions
An edition is identified by the document’s version and its current-edition date, both shown on its record, for example “v1.0, current edition 4 Oct 2026”. When a document is replaced, the earlier public PDF stays on its record page under “Earlier editions”, marked superseded, with its SHA-256 checksum. An earlier copy is not republished if it contains material that has since been withdrawn. Earlier copies are excluded from search engines.

Identifiers
Each framework numbers its documents in one running sequence across its series, so a series can start part-way through the numbers. GAISSF™ crosswalks begin at CRO-019, after NOR-001 to NOR-008 and IMP-009 to IMP-018; GAISSF™ sector guides begin at SEC-037; UAIF™ cheat sheets begin at CHT-UAIF-083. A full identifier adds the year and month of first issue, for example ODA3-2026-08-WHP-COM-015.
Checksums
Each document record lists a SHA-256 checksum for every file it links to, and SHA256SUMS.txt lists them all. To check a download, compute its SHA-256 and compare it with the record: on Windows, certutil -hashfile file.pdf SHA256; on macOS, shasum -a 256 file.pdf; on Linux, sha256sum file.pdf. A match shows the file is the one published here.
